To provide expertise and services in planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and coordination.

This Section will perform the following activities: -

1. Coordinate formulation and preparation of Annual Plan and Medium-Term Strategic Plan;
2. To prepare contributions to the Ministerial budget speech and annual economic report;
3.      Develop strategies for resources mobilization and implementation of development projects or programmes;
4. Provide technical support for institutionalization of strategic planning and budgeting matters;
5. To integrate office plans and budget into the government budgeting process;
6. Undertake research and impact studies of plans, projects and programmes undertaken by the Commission;
7. To assess and evaluate office plans and provide a basis for making informed decisions on the future direction; and Prepare periodic reports on development and implementation of the Commission.
