To provide expertise and services in planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and coordination. This Section will perform the following activities: - Coordinate formulation and preparation of Annual Plan and Medium-Term Strategic Plan; To prepare contributions to the Ministerial budget speech and annual economic report;      Develop strategies for resources mobilization and implementation of development projects or programmes; Provide technical support for institutionalization of strategic planning and budgeting matters; To integrate office plans and budget into the government budgeting process; Undertake research and impact studies of plans, projects and programmes undertaken by the Commission; To assess and evaluate office plans and provide a basis for making informed decisions on the future direction; and Prepare periodic reports on development and implementation of the Commission.
