The Section will perform the following activities;
- Prepare law review implementation programmes;
- Identify laws with anomalies or any other defects and recommend ways of remedying;
- Undertake codification and simplification;
- Review and analyze Hansard, Bills and Acts collected from the National Assembly for purposes of reform;
- Provide legal assistance to MDAs on reviewing their laws;
- Review Government implementation of Commission's reports submitted to the Minister;
- Liaise on — going legal reform programmes to Commission's review
