Objective

To provide expertise on Law Research to the Commission This Division will perform the following activities: -

1. To oversee Research implementation plan and budget;
2. To supervise preparation of concept papers and discussion papers;
3. To conduct pre-field research and field research;
4. To convene stakeholders' workshop;
5. To prepare final report for submission to the Minister;
6. To identify and analyze legal reports prepared by other agencies;
7. To advise MDAs on matters that require legal assistance on research matters;
