1. LAW RESEARCH SECTION

The Section will perform the following activities:

1. 1. 1. 1. Prepare Research implementation plan and budget;
         2. Prepare concept papers;
         3. Prepare discussion papers;
         4. Conduct pre-field research;
         5. Conduct field research;
         6. Convene stakeholders' workshop;
         7. Prepare final report for submission to the Minister;
         8. Identify and analyze legal reports prepared by other agencies;
         9.   Advise MDAs on matters that require legal assistance on research matters; and
         10. Liaise on- going legal reform programmes    to commission research activities.

This Section will be led by a Head.
